this post is strictly for those easy fat people or over average but not so fat people to read.. if you are god damn SKINNY ( ROAR !!!! ) or GOD DAMN FAT , sorry, this post might not suit you.. and for the GOD DAMN FAT, if you still want to proceed, we still welcome you just hope that you wont get hurt or whatsoever..

this is a non-available society that i created because i am fucking dieting now for the god damn CNY !!!!!

apparently, there were few people asked for the existence of the society so that they can join and diet at the same time.. LOL.. can see that many people are not satisfy with their fats flappy and "doinnk here doinnk there" when run, walk, sleep, shit or eat... =.=


however, the advisor for this society is Daniel and the cleaner is Ting Shing Yee (Daniel suggested one, but i also agree with it.. hahahahaa XD) , who both also give me a Hell-lish Menu for the diet.. besides, i'm having a competition with BLML aka Bebe, see who can reach the target first ( loose 3-4 kg before CNY ) XD

Daniel's menu is totally to TORTURE PEOPLE one.. so i din't really want to follow cuz i still wan to live.. but if you got a good god spirit and you love SM, then you should follow his way as U WILL LOOSE 2-3 kg in 4 DAYS !!!!!!! geng bo??????

on the other hand, shingyee's menu have to hold for two weeks and she successfully lost 3kg hateable fats from her body.. well, this recipe only apply for those were average before but the weight raised until around 5kg one.. if you are like, those pig-ish fat, im sorry, you might get hurt, but i think you should ask for the consultance or pay a visit to the doctor or some professional place...

Breakfast >>


1 glass of Honey + 2 slices of tuna bread



Lunch >>


1 apple



Dinner >>


TOTALLY NO DINNER !!! YEA !!! GOD DAMN IT RITE????



* but if you feel hungry, bite some seaweed, and that's the limits.. and have some greentea.. lol

Shing Yee's recipe ::

Breakfast >>


1 glass Oats ( tasteless one ) + 1 slice bread ( suggestion : wholemeal )




Lunch (steam) >>


1/2 Taufu + 3 Lady Fingers + 1 sausage

or

1 Tomato + 1 fucking small bowl MeeHun + some vege ( suggestion : cabbage )


Dinner >>


NO DINNER !!! YEA.. NO FOOD AT ALL !!!!
or


1 glass of oats






however, i was dying with this satan's recipe as i still a human.. besides, i kind of proud with my cute little face, so, i come out my own recipe.. LOL



My Recipe ::


Breakfast >>

1 glass Oats ( tasteless one ) + 1 slice wholemeal bread

or

1 glass Oats + some low calories biscuits

or

1 glass Oats + 1 boiled egg ( suggestion : 2 eggs per week)



Lunch >>

MeeHoon Soup (only some kicap and abit salt and NO SUGAR) ::

1 tomato + 1 sausage* + 1 fucking small bowl meehun + 2 lady fingers + 1/2 taufu + cabbage

* the sausage can exchange with 2 prawns or steamed fish



or


A bowl of salads + 1 slice tuna bread ::

salads ( NO SALAD SAUCE OR MAYONESE !!!! only honey accepted !!)

= 1 tomato in slices + 1/2 carrot in slices + 1/4 cabbage in slices + 1/2 sausage* in slices

* the sausage can exchange with 2 prawns or steamed fish



Dinner >>

1 glass of Oats


or


1 glass of Honey






ATTENTION !!!!!!!!!!

1. Make sure 5 days before u take the recipe (either mine or shingyee's) your portion of food for each meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner) are not that big portion !!!!!

2. ShingYee's recipe can only hold for 2 weeks.. After the 14th day, make sure you start to have some carbohidrat stuff like rice or what.. but in a
FUCKING SMALL amount.. its 1/5 of the normal size.. then slowly make it to 3/5 and maintain the amount..

3. Mine one is more healthy but will take longer time (3-4 weeks) to see the result.. Besides, please do some excercise during this 3-4 weeks, do sit-up or jogging and some streching..

STRICtLY NO TOO MUCH CARBOHIDRAT OR FATS... the amount you take for the carbohidrat should be like the amount of A PIECE SHUSI.. thats all.. try to AVOID all FRIED FOOD...

5. If you cannot control yourself when your friends are having food in front of you, THEN DO NOT MIX WITH YOUR FRIEND WHEN THEY ARE HAVING ANY FOOD !!!!!!
STRICTLY NO EXTRA FOOD !!! NOT EVEN A BITE !!!!!!




Food That Does Not Allow ::

1. Fruits ::

NO >> papaya, banana, honey due, manggo, pineapple etc

suggestion ::

a) green apple ( 1 per day )
b) dragon ball (1/2 per day )


2. Drinks

NO >> milk, soya bean, orange juice, guava juice. etc..

suggestion ::

a) Warm Oats
b) Warm Honey
c) Mixed Vege Juice (but i have no idea as i never try before : p )


3. Others

if you really want to diet, you can only have 3 meals per day.. if you are those dumbies that have junkies like potato chips, or whatsoever, then just go and grow your fats...
